LO5 - Feedback from Anne Doncaster

As part of our project, we presented to a media specialist in order to get their feedback, in this case it was to Anne Doncaster, a lecturer at Sheffield Hallam University and a specialist in Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality. This made it perfect for my project as mine is heavily focused on Virtual Reality and how it can be used to innovate upon current social media. 

Overall she was quite impressed with my idea and my thought process as I has clearly gone through it and made it clear and structured as to how it would work and how I would go through each stage of production and then the steps I'd take after my production in order to market it. She also liked how i had been realistic and identified issues in terms of the limitations of modern day technology, the availability of VR technology and how social interactions can affect people.

However Anne also identified an issue with the area of interactions as she felt that just having a city to socialise in would be a little overwhelming for them as it is a large are and feels it lacks privacy or comfort. So she suggested that I implement a room feature for people to be able to talk and socialise in their own personal place.
